We offer returns and refund on all unworn goods returned to us within 10 days of the purchase date along with a valid receipt. To initiate return process one needs to reply to the text message sent to the customer’s registered mobile number after the order is placed.
We are liable to provide replacements for transit damage, customer need to share image of damaged parts to us with in 48 hours from the date and time of delivery.
All the unworn goods are eligible for return in next 10 days of shipment dispatch.
We use bluedart and delhivery as our logistics partners, we do not cater the Pincode unserviceable by the said logistics, Incase of order placed for unserviceable area pincode then order will be cancelled and amount will be refunded.
